Ididio has licensed detailed information for undergraduate and graduate programs from Peterson's Databases copyright 2021 Peterson's All rights reserved. All information that is attributed to Peterson's belongs solely to Peterson's and cannot be copied from this site. The undergraduate and financial aid data were updated by Peterson's in August 2021, and the graduate data is from March 2021.
Peterson's collects this data via online entries from the original school; however, in some cases schools submit their responses to the Common Data Set to Peterson's which results in omitted information.
Ididio licenses information from Peterson's about graduate programs including detailed admissions requirements and financial aid possibilities. Petersons provides this information through the hierarchical departmental structure and naming within each university. Throughout our resource, Ididio shares program information using the CIP structure upon which the Department of Education bases the information that it shares about schools. This latter structure is a standardized approach that allows schools to report information in a way that encourages comparisons across institutions.
Universities only share graduate details with Peterson's at the program level sporadically, and we have done our best to sort those into the correct CIP categories. You may find information about a program that interests you sorted a little sideways because we didn't always have enough information to place programs accurately, so please poke around a bit in programs that are related to your interests to see if we have some details that help you.
